Anything the mind believes is true – is true. Therefore, if we believe that we can lose weight, healthily, we will. If we believe we only need to eat when we are hungry, we will. If we decide to cut out certain foods from our diet, we do.

I met Claire in January where I knew I needed some help to overcome my bad eating habits. I had a real problem with crisps, I would eat so many crisps that I couldn’t lose the excess weight. My weight issues were so bad that I was in absolute agony with my knees and the doctors would not help me until I lost some of the weight. Claire worked her magic through hypnotherapy and put the suggestion into my head that if I eat a packet of crisps, I will hurt my knees. I am glad to say that this worked. I had one packet of crisps in that first week and I was up all night with painful knees. I have not touched a packet since and his knees are getting better. I wanted to be hypnotised as I had started a habit of uncontrollable afternoon snacking. My weight was going up and up and no matter how hard I was trying to diet and lose weight, I couldn’t do it. Claire was amazing! She was understanding, caring and knew exactly how to speak to me. The session we had was on Zoom as I am shielding and couldn’t meet in real life. During the session Claire spoke to my subconscious and the part of my brain that was controlling my eating habit.
