Hi, I’m Zoe. I specialise in helping women in midlife (especially businesswomen) overcome the unconscious blocks and patterns that hold them back. I support women through life transitions, helping them navigate menopause with confidence, rediscover their purpose, and create a life they truly love.
Using a blend of mindset reprogramming, hypnotherapy, and holistic wellness practices, I help women empower themselves emotionally, mentally, and physically. Ways to Work with Me
HypnoMenopause® Programme
Empowering women to thrive during menopause, this programme blends hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, mindset coaching, and mindfulness to help you:
- Reduce or eliminate menopause symptoms (there are over 70!).
- Manage hot flushes, sleep issues, and mood swings.
- Break through unresolved emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs to embrace confidence and well-being.
Choose from:
- 6-week programme: Includes tailored 1:1 sessions, guided visualisation, self-hypnosis techniques, and ongoing support.
- 12-week programme: A deep dive that integrates the “4 Sets Menopause System” (Mindset, Healthset, Heartset, Fuelset) for a transformative wraparound approach.
When working with me, you will also benefit from my collaborations with other menopause specialists
- A Hormone Health coach – As part of your investment, you’ll receive a complimentary 30-minute consultation
- A female personal trainer who specialises in fitness working with the hormones to maximise results (online & in person)
- I work in partnership with a London GP who specialises in Menopause; I can refer clients if they are not receiving the support from their own GP or are on a waiting list for the menopause clinic (online consultations)
- Nutritional Therapist who specialises in women’s health
I am a MenoChef® Accredited Champion, and I can help my clients incorporate a menopause friendly diet to help alleviate menopause symptoms. I also run workshops around menopause foods.

What happens during a HypnoMenopause® session?
The first step in our work together is a free consultation, during which I will answer any questions you have and establish whether HypnoMenopause® is the right approach for you. Following that, you will usually have up to five sessions, during which you will work on different aspects of your experience.
During a session, I will talk you into a relaxed, focused state and use a combination of guided meditations and powerful therapeutic tools including NLP, mindfulness and CBT to help you create your desired changes.
